This cadence and speed sensor is pretty much essential if you spend any time on the trainer. It does a great job of keeping track of your stats. It can be a bit particular about alignment of the magnets. (Posted on 1/10/13)

I've used this product with computer training software that requires ANT+, and it has not disappointed. It was easy to install and has a nice sync option which allows you to see lights go off when your magnets are in range. Great product. (Posted on 1/5/12)

I got this Garmin product about a year after getting the 310XT watch to have a better idea of how I was performing on my bike. I had started to train for the Ironman 70.3 race and found this product invaluable in providing me with how I was doing on the bike. Having the cadence sensor helped me to ride in the proper gear to save my legs for the run portion of the race. In fact, in my age group, I came in 7th on the bike portion....after getting out of the water in 16th place!!
It is easy to install and despite all the travel and rough roads, I have never had to tighten or adjust the placement of the sensors once.
