I've tried many products that claim to help boost performance and I have to say that the anti-fatigue caps live up to the hype. When using the caps during workouts longer than an hour or even in the heat I felt as though I had more energy left in the tank and could train slightly harder at the end of workout. I also noticed that later in the day I felt more energized than normal and had less fatigue. If your looking for a boost in endurance levels the fatigue caps do the trick. (Posted on 8/17/11)
