Satisfaction

True to size with support in all the right places. Feels a lot faster than the entry level suit I've used the past 3 years. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it seems a little flimsy in the shoulder seems. I haven't had a problem with it, but I've only used it once so far. Only time will tell how well it holds up. I recommend this suit at this price. And the Tri Shop is always great to deal with. (Posted on 5/21/13)

Service- Scott from the Trishop was great! I visited his location in Michigan-- if in the area a must-- and was able to try on a number of different suits. He went out of his way to schedule a fitting for me; had a terrific selection to choose from; was very knowledgeable about the product; and patient as I tried them all on. His prices are very competitive as well. It's not often that you get all this together -- so felt compelled to share.

Regarding the suit, this is my second season racing in it and have no regrets. Think it's a good value with very good, natural motion/flexibility thru the shoulders-- the primary factors for my purchase decision. I have larger shoulders and am very athletic, e.g. 5'10" and about 160lbs but have 42" chest. My experience was that similarly priced suits either weren't as flexible in the shoulders or didn't feel as natural. Also, it seemed well balanced/neutral relative to the others.

The only item I would mention about the suit is that it seems to get tears more easily than I think it should, despite me being very careful (which are easily repairable though and don't detract from performance). Others I know haven't had this experience. So, perhaps it's just me. But I would be sure to also get a repair kit as well. (Posted on 5/24/12)

Upgraded to this suit last year. Much more flexible. Good value. I don't think it's worth spending hte extra $ for the Cat 5. This suit has it all. I did end up getting a size larger than the chart to fit length wise. Make sure velcro tab is closed tight at the race start. Came open on me during IM Wisconsin, but I closed it myself. Didn't have that proplem at other races were my wife made sure it was closed right. (Posted on 12/31/11)
