How do I track my order?

- Once your order ships you will receive a shipment email confirmation including the tracking number

- Log in to your account, select the appropriate order and select "track your order"

- If your order shipped by USPS, you may need to go to USPS.com and track your order with the tracking number

When will my order ship and/or be delivered?

- All orders received by 1:00 PM EST Monday - Friday ship the same day. If your order is received after 1:00 PM it still may ship the same day depending how busy we are. Orders to customers outside the USA may take longer

Is my order guaranteed to be delivered based on the delivery time map?

- Only Fedex Express services (Express Saver/3 Day, 2nd Day, and overnight) are guaranteed. All other shipping methods are 90% accurate but not guaranteed

Will you notify me when my order ships?

- Yes, you will receive a shipment email confirmation with tracking information when your order ships. If you didn't receive one or can't find one, please contact customer service

How do I change or cancel an order?

- Please contact customer service to change or cancel an order prior to shipment
