Satisfaction I love GU. I have tried the blocks, the shots, and many other products, but I always go back to my Strawberry Banana GU. This is the only product that i can take without having any negative issues. And it still tastes good hot, cold, early or late on a run or bike.

Satisfaction Mint Chocolate is currently by far my favorite flavor, for training I use one every 45 minutes, for racing it will vary. If it is a distance race I will start out with one ever 30 minutes for awhile, then start to increase the time between if required based on how my stomach feels and how much longer I have to go in the race. Satisfaction I tried GU when I was a runner to help me get through the long training runs and races. I carried my use over when I started triathlons, and it gives me the energy I need during the long sessions. I tape a few to my bike, have a couple in my race belt, and haven't bonked yet! Satisfaction I have tried several gels and other chews and GU is the only one that I can actually feel a definite difference in energy level within 10 minutes. Take a shot of GU and 10 minutes later I feel great. Do remember, however, that you almost have to follow this with water because it does dry my mouth out. Also, like almost all the other gels, the packaging is a pain for using while riding and produces a big tendency to litter since you end up with the separate top tab plus a sticky container. Satisfaction I tried this gel as a gift from the usual gel that I use which is the Power bar gel. When I train I honestly do feel like this gel for some reason does work better. I feel like I have more energy and can train harder and longer. It also tastes good and goes down easily.
