This is the most palatable mix I've used. Not too sweet which is great, but doesn't get syrupy if you mix a bit stronger. I've noticed lower gel consumption during long rides as a result of using this product. Nice to get the nutrition in liquid form. (Posted on 7/15/14)

During an Olympic Distance race this year, I dropped most of my nutrition on the bike. I was almost spent near the beginning of the run. Race was giving out HEED at the water stations and it helped me get through the run. Easy on the stomach and great taste. Definitely will be part of my nutrition for next season! (Posted on 10/8/13)

I started using HEED after a recommendation from a coach who said that it was the best stuff out there. When I decided to give it a try during a race I could definitely feel a difference. When I consumed the drink mix on the bike leg of my race, I felt like I had a little bit more left in my tank which let to a better run split. HEED also tastes good but isn't nearly as sweet as say gatorade since it doesn't have lots of extra sugar. Overall it tastes good and works great. (Posted on 8/16/11)
