WHY COMPRESSION?
Every muscle cell needs energy in the form of oxygen. This is transported to the muscles via the blood. The better the blood flow in the arteries, the better the muscles are supplied - and precisely this supply can be positively influenced by compression. But, not all types of compression are the same.

Great Compression Review by Chris Fahner*
Satisfaction Sleeves provide great compression while running to reduce the vibration of your calves during running. The reduction in vibration reduces the stress and impact on your lower legs to help with recovering faster for the next run. (Posted on 4/22/13)

The Best for Recovery! Review by Matt Kohl*
Satisfaction These are the best sleeves for recovery after any workout. I've tried several calf sleeves for recovery after long runs or rides. These seem to hold their compression the best. Personally I use them immediately after hard/long runs to prevent DOMS and the keep blood and other "stuff" from pooling in my calves and ankles. (Posted on 2/9/13)

Great product! Review by Kevin Smith
Satisfaction Wore these during an Oly race last year and can honestly say they saved my race. I went way too hard on a hilly bike course and fought cramping during the run. These guys really made a difference! I even wore them in the non wetsuit swim and they weren't even noticeable. Give 'em a try. (Posted on 1/28/13)

Love Em' Review by Robert Slauson*
Satisfaction I've owned these for two years now, love the way they feel during my runs and after. I keep them on for about an hour after tough runs and my calves thank me. I know there is some science to them but I think they help mentally as well. They sure make you feel faster. I'd recommend these to anyone. (Posted on 1/25/13)

middle weather relief Review by Darin
Satisfaction I don't use these as much as the socks but I still like them a lot as well.
I use these more for cool weather duathlons and for trail runs to keep the weeds and briars off my legs.
The recovery is very good from these as well but with having the socks I use them for recovery more. (Posted on 1/21/13) -
CEP socks excel above all others Review by Tom Hayden
Satisfaction I have tried several different types of compression socks and sleeves and I will always return to CEP Sleeves. I recently wore them for a full marathon with a lot of aggressive dowhill sections. I left the race with refreshed feeling calves. It rained the entire time and there was no significant water build up. (Posted on 1/16/13)
